Tariff

$150 - 270/night. Two people per night is $150. There is a further charge of $20 per extra person per night.
We are happy to negotiate a rate for corporate or longer term stays.

Description

A newly refurbished and renovated home with 3 double bedrooms, large lounge/dining, full kitchen, bathroom and ensuite. There is wrap around decking and has all day sun streaming in. You can laze away the day sitting in the bay window with views of Mt Ngongotaha or take the kids and wander in to Ngongotaha Village and play in the playground or try your luck trout fishing in the stream. The Village is only a few hundred metres walk from the house.

Ngongotaha Village has a vibrant atmosphere with a variety of shops which include automotive, chemist, bar, takeaways, hairdresser, bank, post office, hardware, butcher, cafe's and restaurant. There is a skatepark and playground, trout fishing and easy access to Lake Rotorua.

It gives you all the home comforts without having to be in the hustle of the city.

The local bus operates daily at the end of the street. If you prefer to drive, Rotorua is less than 10 minutes away.

We are pet friendly, but do charge a fee of $20.00. Please email for further information.

We are available for corporate or short term accommodation and can negotiate a weekly rental.
