Nearly new 3 bedroom bach with two full bathrooms situated overlooking Papatea Bay (around the corner from Raukokere where the film 'Boy' was set) 2 kilometres from Waihau Bay boat ramp and store. All day sun and superb sea view and sunsets from a large covered verandah with drop down curtains all around. There is a large lawn fully fenced with plenty of room for boats and parking down a long drive off State Highway 35.
Waihau Bay Haven -Store/Garage (petrol and basic supplies), Lodge (bar and restaurant), boat ramp and jetty only 2 minutes drive away. Beautiful Oruaiti Beach only another 2 minutes further round the bay. Fabulous fishing in and close to the bay from Orete Point to Cape Runaway or game fishing further off shore. Rock pools for exploring close by in Papatea Bay. Historical Raukokere Church 2kms away. A superb location to take advantage of all that Waihau Bay has to offer.
