Large kitchen/dining area.Situated right at the most popular North end Beach. 2 min walk to the Main Beach with the surfclub. 1 min walk to Beach tennis courts, 2 astro/2 plexi. Walks to Orokawa Bay etc. easily accessed. Cafes, takeaways,shops etc. all walking distance. Waihi Beach is a well known "Family" surf beach, excellent for swimming, boating, fishing, tramping/walking,running tracks, cycling routes, close to Historical, tourist, and goldmining activities. The "Lady Richmond" is an all year round holiday option. Also consider lake holidays at Lake Rotoiti at the "Lovely Lakeside Lady" in beautiful Okawa Bay!
