The bedrooms include a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in second bedroom and a bunkroom with 2 sets of single bunks. The sleepout sleeps 4 with 2 single beds, 1 double bed and bathroom with shower/toilet. Ideal for 2 families. The house is set up for outdoor/indoor living with a large covered deck, BBQ and outdoor table that seats 12. This house has everything you could possibly need with spectacular views of the sea from the kitchen window, dining room table, sitting room and master bedroom.

The house has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom which is upstairs has a panoramic view with a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and there are 4 single bunk beds in the third room. There is also a double sofa bed on the mezzanine floor.
The Sleepout has a double bed and 2 single beds.

“Awesome house and great beach front setup! Large, so well caters for large quantity of sleepers.
Excellent deck set up for dining, and large front lawn for playing on.
Well resourced house, and not too new or old in terms of keeping it tidy.
Would highly recommend for large group or two families. We had a lovely pre xmas stay here, and would definately book again.”
