Description
A comfortable 2 bedroom kiwi beach house, sunny conservatory at rear. Also available is additional toilet and shower in garage. Large section , great for backyard cricket, boats and tents.
Eight minute walk to the beach, short stroll to RSA on the hill through walkway. Service Station close by for basic needs and Hot Pipi Cafe a 5 minute walk.
Safe swimming beach, good boating area. Have fun walking over to Orakawa or cruise on down to Bowentown Harbour for a safe sheltered area for water skiing etc.
Visit Athenree Hot Springs, just 10 minutes drive from Waihi Beach.
Explore the walking tracks in the Karangahake Gorge and the Waihi Martha Goldmine.
