Tariff

1st December to 28th February $330 per night. 1st March to 31 October $300 per night. cleaning per stay $75.00

Minimum stay of two nights per booking apply. Special rates may apply for public holidays and special events.Email for confirmation.
A small refundable bond is charged. Please email us for rate.

Please note- This is not a party house. It is located in a quiet residential street.

Description

Much better than a bach, in Shepherds Road, one of Taupo's best streets. With 5 bedrooms (one which doubles as a second lounge) it will easily cater for more than one family or a large group. It has a fully equipped kitchen and three full sized bathrooms. Natural gas log fire.There is a lockable double garage with off street parking for 5 cars.

Beautiful lake and mountain views.

There is a very private geothermal pool in an attached pool house. Lovely decking outside and barbeque area under covered verandahs. Play house and swings for the children in a fully fenced section.

All the chattels were brand new in November 2010 except for the lounge suites and the TVS
5 minute walk up the road to the beautiful Botanical gardens and 5 minute walk down the road to the lake front and Manuels Restaurant

Other Restrictions:	THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. IT IS IN A QUIET RESIDENTIAL STREET. NO EXCESS NOISE, PARTIES OR BEHAVIOUR WHICH WILL UPSET THE NEIGHBOURS WILL BE ALLOWED.
