Your home away from home – just 200 metres from Taupo’s popular main beach and an easy 10 minute stroll into the bustling main shopping centre with its cafés and restaurants. Built almost 55 years ago, this charming home has been upgraded over the years and now provides comfortable family living on a beautiful ¼ acre site, surrounded by mature trees, where privacy and peaceful surroundings make your holiday so special. There are three double bedrooms plus two additional single beds off the spacious lounge with its high stud and welcoming open fire. The bathroom with vanity and shower includes washer and dryer with a separate toilet adjacent. The modern kitchen provides an electric stove, microwave and dishwasher, and loads of bench space for family dining and entertaining. Kitchen and dining flow seamlessly out to the rear deck where a gas BBQ is provided for those outdoor meals. Tucked away on a right of way site there is ample parking and level lawn for children to play in secure surroundings. Our extended family enjoy our holiday home whenever we can but for the greater part of the year it is available to visitors who want a great holiday experience.

“I’ve been coming to this lovely home away from home for around 10 years now. I really enjoy the atmosphere of a family home, also the pleasant quiet area but close to all amenities too. It’s close enough to the mountain for ski trips, attending events or just "doing the touristy things". The owners are great to communicate with and always helpful.
