Tariff

Varies according to demand/events on and length of stay. Generally in a range between $119 - $275/night. There may be a surcharge for over 6 people and one night stays. We do not charge a booking fee nor a cleaning fee like some others do.
Whilst we prefer a minium of a two night stays we will look at 1 night stays from time to time.

Description

Located in Lochaber Drive Taupo a modern furnished home with 3 bedrooms (main has queen sized bed and a ensuite). Handy to town (2 kms) lovely gardens and a semi enclosed private backyard with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. Lovely views of Mt Tauhara, the lake and the town lights at night. 500 metres to local shops (dairy, hairdresser, fish and chips, liquor store and a Kiwibank ATM).

We don`t charge a booking fee nor a cleaning fee. If you find a similair house at a cheaper rate please let us know and we will try and match the price.
