The house is not serviced and must be left tidy as found. House is handy to small shopping area. 5-10 minute walk to the Lake, 15-20 minute walk to town. 15-20 minute walk to AC pool facility. The house is fully furnished and has plenty of outdoor space. It is a split level house, not suitable for wheelchairs. Great views of sunsets over Lake Taupo.
