Available all year (except New Years Eve), no animals or smoking inside. 2007 Painted inside 2008 New bathroom. Tiled walls/floor with under tile heating, demister, heated rail, heater and automatic fans. Bath & separate shower both with shower wands. Water heated by gas - unlimited hot water. 2009 New laundry - new tub and tiled floors and walls. 2010 New sectional garage door. Separate bath & shower, stove/oven, pantry basics, 2 fridge freezers, 2 TV's, microwave, all linen & bedding, ironing equipment, washing machine, cot, outdoor furniture, fan heater, large gas heater, VCR, X-Box/DVD player, radio/stereo, free wireless broadband connection, Eftpos, Visa & Mastercard facilities. Garage with internal access: 3 single beds, small double couch, 2nd TV, 2nd fridge/freezer with carpet square for use in warmer weather. Gym size treadmill. PLEASE no large groups of young people. Bathroom totally gutted Winter 2008. New Vanity, toilet, paraplegic shower (sorry cottage not totally wheelchair friendly YET!), Tiled floor & walls with under tile heating, heated towel rail, mirror demister and many other gizmo's. 2009 New tiled Laundry.
