Tariff

STANDARD RATES: $130 per night for up to 4 people; $15 each extra person.

PEAK RATES: Christmas to 8th January, Ironman, Easter, some statutory holiday weekends and some sports events: $160 per night for up to 4 people, $20 each extra person.

Taupo cycle challenge race in November is charged at a higher rate.

Maximum number of people: 7.

Children from toddlers onwards are included in the count.

3-night minimum for statutory weekend stays.

Cleaning fee usually applies.

Description

Stay in this relaxing, quiet, well-equipped house at Two Mile Bay, near Rainbow Point & Richmond Heights. Only a few minutes walk to the lake, Lions Walk, local shops, & restaurant. 5 minutes drive to Taupo township.

The house is comfortable, spacious, sunny & clean, and is set on a large, flat section. The backyard is fenced & gated. As it is one level with easy access, the house is ideal for young children and elderly people. The unusually large lounge is great for entertaining, with a ranchslider leading to the sunny deck. The lounge, dining-room, kitchen and separate laundry inter-connect, making for easy living.

Effective woodburner for winter comfort. Several electric heaters provided.

There's a good carport and a small lock-up garage for the storage of bikes and sports equipment if required.

The property is brilliantly located for a wide variety of boating and tourist activities: the boat ramp is 1-2 minutes away and it's 5-10 minutes drive to thermal hot pools, yacht and canoe hire, golf, fishing, shopping, restaurants, adventure tourism operators, and Huka Falls.

Comments:	Shower over full bath. Toilet is separate. Vanity unit with storage in cupboard and drawers. Extraction fan installed over shower/bath and vented to the outside. Removes condensation well. On timer. RCD power point in bathroom for hair dryers and electric shavers. Hairdryers provided. Bathroom and toilet are located in the same wing as the bedrooms. Ideal layout for easy living.
Bed Linen:	Not supplied; Only blankets, duvets & pillows supplied; cot blankets, duvet & bumper pad supplied.
Other Restrictions:	No tents.
Smoking:	Outdoors only
Pets:	Yes ; Please check with owner first. Dogs outside only. No cats or caged animals.
Minimum Stay:	2 nights
