Tariff

The tarrif is $220.00 per night for a minimum of two nights for up to 8 people. Each extra person is $10.00 per night. In addition there is a $60.00 fee to cover the cost of cleaning the house upon vacating the property.

Description

Large house with two seperate living areas, which would suit two families wanting to holiday together. The house is only 500 metres from a beautiful beach and reserve. The property enjoys small lake views and catches all day sun. It is very comfortably appointed with well kept furniture and beds. There is plenty of off street parking available to park your boat. Property is fully fenced and has a gate across the drive. Boat ramps are near by and very close to ski lanes at 5 mile bay. A very safe and attractive area.
