Description

Sunny two storey holiday home with a large deck offering lake views and outdoor living situated only 150m from the lake edge and Wharewaka Point. This is ideal for family holidays with swimming, a playground, and the walking and cycling track at the lake edge all within an easy distance. The home is fully furnished with digital TV, (plus a regular TV downstairs), DVD, radio, microwave, washing machine & dryer, electric heating, gas barbeque and outdoor living. There are two bathrooms and a fully fenced front section with ample parking for boats and cars. Rainbow Point store and the Ploughmans Bar & Restaurant are only 3 km away. The nearest boat ramp is at 3 Mile Bay, only 1.5km away
