3 minute drive to boat ramp, 4 minute stroll to beautiful beach, 7 minute drive to Taupo CBD, 90 minutes to ski fields.

Huge rear section to swing a 6 meter boat around in one go. Power point on rear of house for tent, camper or motorhome Canadian Canoe and children's bikes to use at your own risk. All the comforts of home except for the phone.
Heat pump installed for those cool winter nights.

Great central location to meet with friends from around the North Island.
