Peak Season (1st December - 30th April) - $350 per night. Low Season (1st May - 30th November) - $300 per night. Minimum TWO night stay applies. Value of first night of stay is required as a deposit on booking. The balance is required 21 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be non-refundable. Cancellation within 21 days, incurs a 100% cancellation fee.
Cleaning fee of $80 on departure, or complimentary cleaning for bookings of 4 nights or more.
