Description

Attractive Kinloch Waterfront property on Kinloch Esplanade. Ideal safe family holiday home with access to 9.5 metre marina berth through back garden gate. Newly renovated house (including modern kitchen appliances and furniture) . Uninterupted views across beach and lake. Large (800m2) level site with landscaped native garden and irrigated lawns. The house is used 100% as rental property for families requiring a smart, clean holiday home that is maintained to a higher than normal standard. Sunny decks at the front and rear provide for entertaining and outdoor dining. Indoor fireplace for winter supplied with dry firewood.

Outdoor fish cleaning facility and large Weber gas barbeque are provided. Some basic pantry items are provided.

The property is within 5 minute walk of shop, 1.5km of the Jack Nicklaus Golf Resort and 20km away from Taupo township and Warakei golf course. Village has tennis courts, playgrounds and great walks
