Description

An ideal fisherman's or family holiday retreat, comfortably fitting two families. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, just a 50 metre walk to the edge of the lake and beach. The back of the property boarders a reserve. The house has a large, open-plan, sunny living area with log fireplace for those chilly, winter nights. Modern kitchen and full laundry facilities provided. Two bathrooms, one ensuite to main bedroom. Both have showers, one with chub. All bedrooms are double, spacious rooms. Carport for parking boat plus enough room for up to two vehicles on property plus off-road parking available. All within close proximity to the Kinloch store, restaurant and boat ramp. Kinloch also offers four tennis courts, three children's playgrounds, large open reserve for ball games, golf course, great walking and cycling tracks and of course great for swimming, fishing and water sports.
