Description

A fabulous, absolute lakeside home located within metres of Lake Taupo, offering stunning views. Large 5 bedroom home, recently refurbished to a high standard. New kitchen, two bathrooms, three living areas, means you can spread out and enjoy that well deserved break.
Stroll out in the early morning to the Kuratau spit and catch a trout. Sit on the deck while you watch the kids swim and play on the beach in front of you. Take the kayaks for a paddle up the river, sail the dinghy, or take the mountain bikes for a ride. fish in the dinghy with the outboard later in the day. Fire up the barbeque, and relax with a wine and take in the panoramic view while the sun goes down. Then retire indoors for a board game or to read that book before retiring to a comfy bed.

Nearby attractions: Skifields (45 mins), Tongariro National Park (35 mins), Tokaanu Hot Pools (10 mins), Golf Courses (15 mins), Tongariro River (15 mins).

Comments:	Both bathrooms have been completely refurbished. Downstairs contains Bath with shower over, toilet, vanity. heated towel rail and underfloor heating. Upstairs bathroom has separate toilet, showe and vanity with underfloor heating and heated towel rail. All are tiled.
