Tariff

$200 - $400/night

Our tariff is is generally $200/night, with a 1 night minimum. If you book 2 nights, you get a third night free.

In the ski season, we charge $350/night for a 3-night ski weekend, and $200/night midweek, 3 night minimum.

During the July school holidays, we charge $400/night with a 5 night minimum.

A 50% deposit confirms your booking, with the balance paid 3 weeks before your visit. Cancellations only refunded if a replacement booking occurs.

A beautiful lakeside setting for your next holiday. This comfortable, well-appointed chalet is situated at the Junction end of Ohakune - 5 minutes walk to restaurants and 20 minutes drive to the Turoa Ski Field.

The open-plan kitchen/living room is at the heart of the house - with all-day sun, and a wood-burner to keep you cozy through the night - all wood supplied. A large double window seat with lake-views is a great place to play a board game, or curl up and read a book on a quiet afternoon. Upstairs there's a t.v in the kids' bedroom and a mezzanine area to spread toys and games. There's also a canoe stored under the house which you're welcome to take out on the lake. Each floor has a shower & toilet, and there's a large drying/storage room for ski gear on the ground floor. Double-glazed windows throughout. Table seats 8, with extra chairs available. NB house may not be suitable for toddlers as no stair guard, or fire guard.
