Lakeside, boasting a HEATED SWIMMING POOL & PRIVATE SPA POOL fully enclosed for year round enjoyment.

Upstairs lounge area with comfortable sofa, leather recliners with foot stools for added comfort. A flat screen TV complete with SKY. A kitchen/bar facility. Master bed is KING size, luxurious quality, offering superb comfort, quality duvet and feather pillows. Adjoining is ensuite. Entire area has balconies expansive views to north to Taupo and west to Kuratau, a great spot to enjoy the stunning sunsets.

Downstairs comprehensively equipped kitchen with dish washer, fridge freezer, microwave, stove etc. Dining area with comfortable sofa bed with inner sprung mattress. The 2nd bedroom has queen size slat bed with natural cotton mattress, quality duvets and feather pillows. A full bathroom. A great indoor/outdoor living with paved entertainment area. All day sun makes this a great holiday retreat in summer and winter.

Great location to Taupo, Turangi, Ruapehu, Ngauruhoe and Tongariro mountains and world famous Tongoriro Crossing walk.

Private access to lake front, large grassed reserve, safe swimming beach fantastic for kayaking, waterskiing .
600m metres to boat ramp, café, general store, fishing tackle shop and the Tauranga-Taupo River one of Taupo’s finest for trout fishing.
