Description

Te Rangiita is a lakeside village on S.H.1, 14 kms north of Turangi, between the tourist attractions of Taupo and the delights of Tongariro National Park. Trout fishing abounds - two ramps are handy for lake fishing and water skiing. Nearby for fly fishing, are Tauranga Taupo River and other popular rivers closer to Turangi. The local store and cafe provide for fishermen, as well as visitors' needs.

Our comfortable, clean, modern, two storey brick house, is almost lakefront with views of Lake Taupo, at the end of a no-exit road. This is a quiet, warm, sunny home with a concrete Vibradec floor upstairs. Our short right of way gives direct walking access (70m) through a large recreational reserve to a lovely, safe beach (excellent for swimmming). Children especially, enjoy staying at our place. There are plenty of activities to keep them happy.

Have a relaxing holiday in our clean, quality home with many extras - central heating, carpets, television, books, games, electric blankets, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, clothes drier and for the children - toys, high chair and portable cot. The large, sunny kitchen/diningroom leads onto a north facing verandah. A large concrete area provides for parking.
