Description
Rose Lodge is a three bedroom home, fully furnished with a separate sleep out. It is fully equipped and insulated. A wood burner with firewood provided gives warmth in living areas. All bedrooms have heaters and all beds have electric blankets, except the bunks in the sleepout. The kitchen has normal cooking facilities including a microwave. There is a fridge/freezer, toaster, jug and usual pots, pans, plates and utensils. The dining room is open plan. In the lounge there is a TV, DVD player/recorder and stereo. Digital SKY is available with your own decoder and remote. The bathroom contains a basin, bath and separate walk-in shower. There is ample hot water. The toilet is separate. The laundry has a tub, washing machine and dryer. The property has very scenic views, you can see the tops of Nguarahoe and Tongariro from the house. It is fully fenced with off-street parking, protected by security lights and plenty of on-street parking. Close to mountains and lake, wonderful for both winter and summer get-aways.
