Description
Warm and sunny split level home situated directly above boat ramp, providing 180 degree views of lake and town. Sit on the front veranda and watch the action, or if desired become part of it. Dairy, takeaways and family restaurant within 5 min walk, as well as Taupo sailing Centre, a bathing beach and popular lakeside walks. Large back section with plenty of parking for the family vehicles or the boat trailer. Downstairs room with pool table for evenings or wet days. Kent tile fire for those winter months, with plenty of firewood provided. Blankets and pillows are provided, you only have to bring the sheets, pillowcases and towels. Our only request for people staying is that you treat this home with respect as you would your own home. Special rates by arrangement for periods over one week. A cleaning fee will apply.

“Great position. The pool table was a bonus for the boys. Struggled a bit with the shower downstairs, great pressure but very hard to turn on and off. Enjoyed biking the Lions Walk. Very comfortable home and provided everything we needed. Thanks, a very memorable Xmas.”
