Base rate applies to six people, extra persons charged at $40 per night, maximum eight people.
$450 per night applies to high peak: ie public and school holidays and events weekends.
Fifty per cent deposit on booking, balance to be paid seven days prior to occupation.

Description

Lower level features spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining. Seamless outdoor flow to large patio area with outdoor fireplace, two beautifully appointed double bedrooms and bathroom. Upstairs features second living area with private patio for extra outdoor living/dining, and separate master bedroom with ensuite, all with stunning views over lake and Taupo. Second upstairs living area can become fourth bedroom to sleep two. Underfloor heating throughout and large open fire in main living area. Double garage with internal access, storage areas for water/snow skis or fishing equipment. Plenty of off street parking for your boat and jet skis.
Two minutes drive to boat ramp, 1 minute walk to beach, 45 minutes from mountain and ski fields, 25 minute to Taupo township, 15 minutes to hot pools, world class trout fishing rivers nearby and many beautiful bush walks. Cafes, general store, tackle shop and petrol station within 2 kms.
