Description

Delightful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home very close to beautiful Cooks Beach (you don’t even need to cross the road to get to the beach). Modern decor, spacious open living fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, microwave, TV, DVD, etc. Decks and lovely mature grounds with big walnut tree providing shade for outdoor living. The home is located towards the middle of the beach, the shops are just a few blocks walk away. An excellent swimming beach, you will also enjoy surfcasting from the beach or fishing is also popular at the estuary at the end of the road where access is also available to boat ramp. In close proximity: golf, tennis, Hot Water Beach, Hahei, restaurants, Cathedral Cove and walking tracks. Take a ferry trip to Whitianga (approx. five minutes) from Ferry Landing. Fishing and dive trips can be arranged from Whitianga and there is a wide selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. Definitely a holiday you will remember.
