November tariff is $150 per night. December 1-15 tariff is $200 per night. December 16 to February 8 2012 tariff is $250 per night. February 9 to April 30 tariff is $200 per night . May tariff is $150 per night. June to November tariff is $100 per night up to 6 people, additional people are an extra $15 each. Rate increases to $150 per night over Queens Birthday Weekend, July and September School Holidays and Labour Weekend.
