within 7 days of inspection of the house after you leave.

Description

Large three bedroom home in unique clifftop setting amongst farmland and native bush.It has direct private access to Hot water Beach. The well appointed home has a brand new deluxe designer kitchen and plenty of room for relaxing and entertaining. There is an outdoor spa pool overlooking the expanse of Hot Water Beach and a private track leading to the secluded Northern end of the beach. Take long walks on the beach, through the beach or on the farm and experience the abundance of wild turkeys, pheasants, paradise ducks, quail, angora goats, wild rosella's, tui's and wood pigeon's. Watch the dolphins frolic in the bay, and if you're lucky, the Orca's too! Explore our private access to secluded fishing spots off Orua Rock. We're a stone's throw from the world famous Hot Water Beach tidal pools, Cathedral Cove and Hahei.
