Tarrif varies from $120 per night through to $250 per night for up to four people. Each additional person adds $10 per night to the tariff.
We are happy to consider longer term rentals with reductions in price that equal the length of stay e.g. stay for a month and only pay half price!!
Description
Relax on the deck while you take in the 180 degree sea views of the Mercury Islands. Dolphins (last seen January 6th) and Orcas are known to swim by. Just a two minute downhill walk to the beach, you'll find golden sands and a fabulous area of rocks for exploring. The fishing is great, with a boat ramp two minutes drive away. Located on five acres, peace and tranquility are guaranteed! Tui, Quail and Bellbirds are always around - so you really get to be at one with nature!
With only one local store, a small art gallery that sells great coffees, you'll find that Kuaotunu is a well kept secret - but if you fancy a movie or a meal out, Whitianga is just over the hill - a 15 minute drive.

Reviews
“Thank you Chris for letting us rent your house over Easter, it was fantastically equipped. We just loved the stunning view from the house and felt it was ideal accommodation. You were very easy to deal with and made staying there a breeze. We would definitely recommend your house. Kuaotunu was gorgeous we especially liked the way it was away from commercial Whitianga, but still close enough to get supplies, bless you Gabrielle & James :)”

“Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your bach. The bach is exactly as it looks in your photos except you don’t get the whole expanse of the view which is absolutely fabulous or the bird song which is lovely! We had a wonderfully restful stay with long walks on the beach and visits to Whitianga, Coromandel and Stony Bay. The bach is in a perfect spot to enjoy so much of the Coromandel Peninsula. We are really looking forward to our next stay.
Kindest regards, Colin and Susan Bryan”
