Modern Beach House situated a 3 minute walk from Matarangis' safe ocean beach. Matarangi also offers an 18-hole Golf Course,tennis courts,boating,fishing
shops,cafe & restaurant.
The house is open plan, kitchen dining living area,with an open outlook. High sloping natural wood ceilings in all rooms give a light airy feeling.
The kitchen contains all new appliances & a good selection of crockery cutlery & cookware. Modern furnishings throughout.
Twenty minutes drive either side of Matarangi are Coromandel & Whitianga. Coromandel offers many Art/craft shops,cafes & outdoor activities. Whitianga has a great selection of shops cafes & restaurants & also has a New World Supermarket.
