5 minutes walk to beach. 10 minutes walk to the shop. Handy to the boat ramp. Tennis courts nearby.
Roomy flat section, plenty of parking for cars/boats/trailers. Lovely north facing covered-in patio.
Plenty of activities for everyone - kayaks, boogie boards, bikes, table tennis table, badminton, darts, puzzles, assorted games, books and DVD's.
