One off cleaning fee per stay of $150
includes : meeting you on arrival; opening up and turning all power/water/gas on properly; meeting you at end and turning all off properly; cleaning all linen and light clean of house on your departure; plus being on call for your entire stay.
This is paid by you direct to the local person on your arrival.
Description
Beach front home at Opito Bay (Eastern end at quiet culdesac). Looking directly at Rabbit Island and Mercury Islands. Modern home with separate unit at rear with ensuite, large open fireplace, good deck overlooking water, sauna and spa pool overlooking the Bay and Mercury Islands.
All the Mercury Islands out in front provide endless dream locations for boatees, fishing and diving and only 10 minutes away.
Beach house comes with spa pool, sauna, kayaks, inflatable, smoke house for fish, bikes, bbq. Safer beach for children swimming. Great fishing and diving. Fishing charter and guided pig Hunting can be organised. Good walk to near by Otama beach and Matapaua Bay beach. Opito Bay beach makes a great 30 or 60 minutes walk before breakfast. Fantastic location in off season for quiet, secluded sabbatical to write a song or a book or paint.
