Description

Opoutere is a quiet, secluded settlement on the shores of the Wharekawa Harbour and a short walk to a 4km long isolated surf beach. This holiday home is only 50m from the water and has views of the harbour and Coromandel Ranges. There are a huge range of activities possible - swimming, surfing, fishing, collecting shellfish, mountain biking on forestry tracks, and enjoying the rare and endangered birdlife.

The house has all the necessary mod cons, 3 double bedrooms, sunroom, large living areas, and plenty of garage space. Four kayaks (1 is a double) are also available for use. A new 35 sq m deck with a roof over one section is great for outdoor living all year round.

If you would like to experience the tranquillity of a home in a small settlement, with a range of outdoor activities at your doorstep, then this place is for you.
