Description

Character, Landmark Property: Ground floor spacious luxury apartment with own courtyard garden and plenty of parking for cars and boat. Designer decor with quality furnishings in Tuscan style. Outdoor furniture also supplied. On Colville Road, 13 km north of Coromandel town, right opposite Papa Aroha Bush Reserve and short bush walk to beach (no sea view from inside the apartment).

Papa Aroha is often translated as "The Foundation of Love" - and this is a perfect romantic retreat, with just an easy track (3 min) through pretty bush reserve to reach a very secluded swimming and sunbathing beach. 200m to boat ramp, store, telephone, canoe & boat hire, water taxi to offlying islands. This is a fantastic base for the Kings of the Coromandel fishing competition, Great Art Tour or Homegrown Food Festival, or just exploring the beautiful Coromandel Peninsula.
Enjoy good fishing and swimming, bush and river walks, local tourist attractions, and the Coromandel Craft Trail. Enormous easy access carpark has plenty of room for large trailers and support vehicles - this is an ideal basecamp for fishing, cycle or kayak teams or film crews.
