Description
Our attractive, fully furnished, comfortable family holiday home is 2 minutes walk from the beach on Pauanui Boulevard, with no roads to cross and adjacent to a reserve. Within close proximity to the airfield, surf club and the shopping centre. Set up for holidaying, (plenty of off-street parking) it comes complete with current dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal, washing machine, BBQ, 29" TV, video, DVD, CD, stereo sound system, and CD/video library. Heat pump. Good quality comfortable beds, fenced off dining room backyard BBQ area with outside deck furniture, allow young children and family pets to play outside in a contained area.
PETS: family pets welcome
For your families entertainment we supply toys. Two sea kayaks, with 4 buoyancy vests, 4 bikes, 4 body boards, pentanque, cricket set and more. On your departure, please leave the house clean, or to organise a cleaner, request details.
