Description
Large one level holiday home; lots of room for the family; lounge plus sitting room with the bedrooms away from the living area. Two bedrooms and the lounge open to the back deck area where meals can be enjoyed on the raised deck, large enough for the BBQs we all enjoy through the summer. Sunshine washes the back of the house in the mornings, and a cool beverage can be enjoyed on the front deck in the pm. Minutes walk to the beautiful kilometre long surf beach, the Lakes Golf Course, the Pauanui Shopping Centre, restaurants & cafes, and a 5 minutes drive to the jetty where for variety if required, a short trip to Tairua on the ferry. Summer holiday activities are organised for the children and adults alike to enjoy every aspect of the beautiful Pauanui and Coromandel peninsula.
