Description
Beachfront property 10 minutes south of Coromandel township. Unobstructed views of the Coromandel Harbour, islands and Mt Moehau. This is a beautiful part of the Coromandel with picturesque walks. Twin swimming beaches where small children can safely swim and play. Excellent boating; concrete boat ramp at Sugar Loaf, 500 metres from the house, good fishing (charters available). The "Kawau Cat" tourist ferry from Auckland berths at Hannaford's Jetty which is only 7 minutes walk from the house, where young and old can catch a fish. The Coromandel has many festivals during the year for bikers,kayakers, runners and a mix of endurance sports and also craft/art fairs/trails. This two level home is fully furnished. Upstairs comprises open plan lounge/dining, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom/shower/toilet, laundry and three bedrooms. Fully balustraded deck. Downstairs; garage (fridge with bait freezer), toilet/shower and 4th bedroom.
