$230 per night boxing day to end of January, $200 per night beach hop, easter and long weekends, $150 per night all other times. (4 night minimum booking easter and beach hop). Cleaner can be arranged for $60

Description

Comfortable well appointed beach house 1 street back from the beach, located about half way between the surf club and estuary, easy 250m walk to beach.

4 bedrooms and bathroom down stairs. Separate laundry off the back deck which also has a second toilet in it. The back deck has a hot water outdoor shower which is great with kids (and adults) when coming home from the beach. There is a large garage which has a second fridge/freezer, clothes drier and table tennis table in it.

Upstairs is all living area consisting of a large well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 living areas (one with TV) and dining table. There are two decks off the upstairs living area with large outdoor table, hooded barbeque and sea views.

There is a stereo with IPOD/MP3 connection (no CD player), about 50 DVD movies, books, magazines and games.

The house is light, sunny, roomy and great for a relaxing break. Fully fenced dog friendly back yard.
