Description
Comfortable 2 storey Lockwood, 240m to the ocean beach (Beach Access 6) and 240m to centre of main shopping area. All mod cons. Two large bedrooms downstairs, one huge master bedroom upstairs with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. Upstairs also has extra mezzanine lounge opening onto north facing deck with sofa bed for sleeping. Downstairs has large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge running full lenth of house from east to west and facing north opening onto wide covered decks around 2 sides. Downstairs also has 2nd bathroom and separate laundry. BBQ, large outdoor table and chairs on private deck. Outdoor shower for rinsing off after swim.
Clients clean up on departure, but a cleaner can be arranged at clients cost if required.
