The house is set in one acre of lawns and orchard in a quiet lane 5 mins drive from Whangamata main beach and shops. The well-appointed kitchen is fully stocked. There are inside and outdoor dining tables and chairs; patio heaters and a BBQ. Other features include a built-in stereo system with both internal and external speakers; an outdoor shower and plenty of room to park and hose down the boat.

Cancellation terms: deposits and payments fully refundable where more than 30 days' notice of cancellation is provided, less a $20 admin fee. Less than 30 days' notice requires full payment unless the vacancy is refilled.
