You cant get much closer to the surf beach, just fourteen paces off the end of the deck and you are on the beach. Centrally located with an easy five minute stroll to both the surf club and the centre of town. Enjoy views of Clark Island while having a spa bath in one of the two bathrooms. Four bedrooms recently refurbished with modern chattels including new 29" TV, new lounge suite and stove. Downstairs garaging provides an extra 5 bunk/beds with separate toilet facility. There is a large deck for those evening Bar-B-Ques and outdoor living. Ideally suited and set up for two families. This is The Superior Bach which is one of two attached but separate baches in one large building. Designed with privacy in mind, both living areas are at alternative ends to the building. Spacious living in each bach with floor area in excess of 250 sq mtrs each. The Executive Bach has more elevated views and is also available, or rent both for that large group.
