* There will be an additional one-off cost of $40 for a cleaner to come in, unless otherwise agreed. # All costs are based on a maximum of 6 residents. An additional cost of $10 per night per extra person will be applied thereafter.

Modern, comfortable holiday home in Leander Rd, offering all up - to -date amenities and appliances. 2 double bedrooms plus a comfortable rumpus / bunkroom with 2 sets of bunks, extra TV & sofa bed (refer photo) allow sleeping for up to 10 people (as well as a very comfy hammock under old oak tree!) Fresh and sunny, this home is carpeted and tiled throughout, and with a north facing disposition is a real sun trap. Open plan living / dining / (and large) kitchen area gives plenty of space. Indoor / outdoor flow ideal for entertaining. Almost fully fenced on a private back section. Located 600mtrs from town & surf beach, 700mtrs from the surf club, and 350mtrs from 9 hole golf course means you can park the car and walk to the many attractions of this sought after beach holiday destination. Additional sports equipment, bikes, and boogie boards available upon negotiation.

“Elbows Joint was a terrific place to stay – private and comfortable, offered a lot to do. Facilities was clean and more than adequate for my parents, our kids and us! We esp loved the Christmas lights and music playing while outside enjoying a BBQ or the hammock in the evening. We’ll be back!”
