Description
It's all about location..... This bach is in a great spot in Graham St - 250 mtrs to the patrolled surf beach, 50 mtrs to Achillies Store and Oceana's restaurant. A couple of minutes to Surf Club, Williamson Park & Blackies for your morning coffee fix (Oct-Apr). 10 mins to walk to the town centre and 10mins to the estuary (great alternative for swimming when the surf is rough). 5 mins walk golf course & pools.
The bach was updated 2007 inside and out and is well equipped with good beds, furniture & kitchen. It is kept clean and tidy yet retains the 1950's bach character, with the decor a mix of contemporary and kiwiana. Cool in summer, cosy and warm in winter.
Two decks provide great outdoor living areas- imagine drinks and a BBQ on those balmy summer nights. If the weather's not great, roll down the cafe blinds on the deck, fire up the patio heater and you'll be set to enjoy space outdoors where you'll be dry and warm. Loads of parking for boat/cars and the lawn is great for a game of volleyball or touch.

A hot/cold outdoor shower is great when you return from the beach.
