$180 per night for peak season, and Long weekends. Peak season from 1st December to end of March. Three night minimum for long weekends. Beach Hop will be $200 per night for 2012. A deposit of 10% of the total stay is required in advance to make a definite booking. We rely on the integrity of our guests to leave the house clean and tidy and any cleaning or repair costs met by the client as necessary. $10 p.p. per night for more than 8 people. Max 10 We reserve the right to retain the deposit on cancellation of booking. Payment can be made by Internet banking or cash on arrival.
Description
A very comfortable family home on Given Ave. Whangamata with a large back section suitable for off-street parking, boat, caravan or games. The site is half way between the estuary and the Surf club. Three minutes walk through a walk way to Island View reserve and the beach or ten minutes walk to Williamson Park. A wide driveway for a boat or caravan but no tents please.
