Tariff

PEAK:
1. Dec 22-Jan 6th $300/night up to 8 persons + cleaning fee
2. Jan 7-Jan 29th $260/night up to 8 persons + cleaning fee
3. EASTER and other statuatory holidays and attached weekend $200/night up to 8 people + cleaning fee.
Public holiday weekends will be rented as a complete weekend.

Off PEAK:
October to April excluding Peak $150/night up to 4 persons, additional $10/extra person + cleaning fee.

Arrival 2pm, departure 10am (negotiable if no immediate booking)
Minimum 5 night stay
Maximum 8 people including children.
Deposit required to confirm booking. Deposit will depend on time of year and length of stay. Bond also required - usually 1 nights rent and this is refunded if place left tidy with no breakages, BBQ has been cleaned and all rubbish removed.
Cleaning fee - $40-60.

Description

This modern 2 storey house has a large deck with views of the ocean through the Pohutakawa reserve at the north end of Whiritoa beach. It is only 75m to the beach, 5 minutes walk to the lagoon which is suitable for children and 2 minutes walk to the local shop. The large bedroom downstairs with ensuite makes this house ideal for 2 families. The beach is ideal for surfing, sea kyaking, and fishing and has some picturesque walks to neighbouring secluded beaches. It is only 16 km to Whagamata with its shops, amenities and golf course.
