$95/night (off peak) $190/night December and January, long weekends and special events. All bookings minimum stay two nights. All bookings will only be fully confirmed on receipt of the arranged deposit, full payment must be received three weeks prior to arrival at which time access arrangements will be made for the property.

Description

The Chocolate Box is a modern, comfortable and well designed, 60 sq m holiday home adjoining the owners home. 1.5 km to town, 300 to- 400 m to beach and an easy walk to town. The Chocolate Box is fully equipped except for sheets, towels and pillow cases. Linen can be supplien on request (additional charges for this apply). The backyard and deck are fenced and provide a safe area for children. Some sea views from kitchen, dining and main bedroom. Sheltered from east. Large all weather deck faces north with covered and sun area, gas BBQ, outdoor table and chairs. Freeview TV. Good off street parking for car and boat. Fish cleaning bench and hose. Available all year. When full payment or arranged deposit is received the booking will be confirmed in writing with inventory and map showing location of holiday home. No tents to be erected on the property without the owner's prior consent.
