Description
Kowhai House is located just 4 minutes south of the Hastings CBD. It is set near the end of a dead end road and is surrounded by a large cropping area of land. There are picturesque orchards, trees and rural areas all around.
Plenty of area for a quiet, relaxing weekend but so close to Hastings, and three minutes from the expressway to Napier. Approximately 8 minutes to lovely Havelock North. Centrally located for all the wineries, 10 minutes to the very famous Farmers Market at the Hastings Showgrounds.
Very safe and spacious for a couple of children. Will arrange free pick up from the Napier Airport Kowhai House is a venue used for workshops and small conferences. Refreshments and food can be supplied on request. A great place for the facilitator to stay, have a group session catered for, and the ability to have a social time as well

Reviews
“Brittany and 7 other occupants stayed at my house. They had a big party, smashed bottles in my brazier. broke 2 roof light fittings, left bottles in the paddock by the house and pulled my horse carts out and left them in the paddock. When asked for $50 to $100 damages, never saw the money. Would not have them of that age group back again.”
