This beach house was built 11 years ago and has all the modern facilities that you would need while you are at Mahia.This house has the most stunning views of the whole of Mahia beach settlement, Mokotahi and the beach itself.We are the only house located on the nearest most elevated site to the beach making us stand out from all the rest.

With a BBQ and outdoor entertaining area,with all modern and comfortable outdoor furniture.
Two minute walk to all local amenities,beach, boat ramp, dive shop, and the local Mahia beach store and the Sunset Point Tavern are just down the drive.
Five minute drive to the much loved Mahia Golf Club.
