Description
SELF Occupancy modern Art Deco styled 3 bedroom house, with large decks and spa pool. Elevated sea views out over Buff Hill to Cape Kidnappers. Integral garage. 15 min walk into centre of Napier and a short walk to Bluff hill lookout. The HillTop is Situated at 27 Thompson Rd.
Central hill location surrounded by town, beaches, Marine Parade, Ahuriri, Westshore, airport. 10 minutes drive to Te Awanga, Clifton, Cape Kidnappers, The Mission, Taradale and many vineyards. 20 minutes drive to Havelock North or Hastings, more wineries and the popular "farmers market" at the HB Showgrounds.
The HillTop also has a 2Kwatt Grid Tie. Which is run through a sunny boy inverter. Winding the electricity meter backwards using locally made electricty from the HawkesBay Sun. There is a remote display in the kitchen which shows how much power is made daily from the PV array on the roof.
