Bay View is a coastal village set among vineyards and orchards, just ten kilometres north of Napier on the Expressway.
Easily located, just off the Main North Road, our semi-detached flat opens onto a large sun-drenched courtyard shared with our family home.
Barbecue and patio heater, spa pool and covered alfresco dining area for those summer nights. Own Driveway and Entrance and ample parking.
Continental breakfast available on request.
Bay View beach, just 200 metres from the house is a shingle beach renowned as a surf-casting spot. The beautiful Esk valley winds to the sea just a few kilometres north. There are orchards offering seasonal fruit, and five wineries. Very nice cafes within 5 minutes walk, Snapper Cafe and Crab Farm Winery. Bay View Village has a Pharmacy, hotel, supermarket, takeaways, service stations and fruit and vegetable stalls.
