Some periods have longer minimum stay times. i.e. Christmas/New year WEEKLY stays and some long weekends/and special events 3 day minimum stays. Special Event Weekends, eg. Mission concert POA> Long weekends, school holidays and some public holidays are charged at Peak Season
One off cleaning fee applies of $65. (Negotiable if you bring your own linen).
